Momentum Extends Deal

SUNDBYBERG, SWEDEN - Momentum has ordered further development of the SMS Xamine.

"Early on we saw benefits of implementing Xamine in our support organization and through this
development of the system we will be able to be even more efficient in our service management. We will also extend our abilities to synchronize and transfer information to and from other systems in the organization," says Peter Propst, Business Manager at Momentum.

The development of the system is designed, primarily, to convey the whole picture (all information stored in different systems) regarding a customer. For example, a history of who has been in contact with who, when, and what was agreed. In this way, the support agent will be more effective at delivering a high level of service to Momentum's customers.

"It is always pleasant when we can expand our relationships with existing customers. This cooperation with Momentum is especially exciting since we deliver a system to a system developer and vendor," commented Kenneth Willstrom, Product Manager, Xamine.
