
Backbone Increases Resource Availability

SUNDBYBERG, SWEDEN - In order to redistribute important development resources and competence from the service management department to the R&D department, CRM systems provider Backbone signed a customer support agreement with Sweden's leading technical support management company, Xpeedio.
"By going into this cooperation we will achieve a high quality, cost effective support solution that will raise the level of service towards our customers as well as freeing resources within our own organization. It also means that we will be better at tracking the number of tickets of different nature that come in on a daily basis. These statistics will in turn serve as a foundation for the
development of our products," said Johanna Gustafsson, Marketing Manager at Backbone.
The support agreement between Backbone and Xpeedio covers the entire support line including Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Management System(SMS).
