Service boost for the IT-organisation

Xpeedio Support Solutions has, in recent years, become known for service-oriented outsourcing services for technical support and system monitoring. The service-oriented status is a result of the company’s concept and methodology; The Support Codex (right skills, right process and right conduct). As Xpeedio has experienced an increased demand for service-oriented technicians in the entire IT-organisation, it is time for Xpeedio to launch a new business area for consultants. The new business area will be managed under a separate trademark, Xperts.

Tele2 is an IT and telecommunications company within the Kinnevik Group. The company was founded in 1993 and today has operations in 11 European countries, primarily in fixed and mobile telephony and Internet, cable television and data services. Tele2 uses Xperts’ in-sourcing services where Xperts consultants continuously help Tele2 with installation, configuration and support of advanced billing and network applications.


Skanska is a leading, international company in construction related services. Skanska IT is responsible for the entire digital infrastructure at Skanska. This infrastructure includes solutions for e.g. finance, procurement, human resource management, logistics, project management and CRM. Skanska IT and Xperts have a framework contract that allows Skanska IT on short notice to call in consultants on predefined conditions.
