Relacom and Xpeedio Support Solutions sign agreements for the network operation and monitoring

Network services provider Relacom and support service provider Xpeedio have initiated cooperation on Operation and Monitoring. Relacom helps large and small customers in Sweden and 16 others countries with construction, maintenance and support of networks. Relacom has chosen to initiate a partnership with Xpeedio which includes Operation and Monitoring of network services (NMC). Xpeedio will continue to take overall responsibility for Monitoring, Recording and Escalation around the clock in the Nordic market.
- We see a long term partner in Xpeedio. Their expertise is in many ways is complementary to ours and we can now give our customers a complete solution of telecom services, says John Hedberg, Vice President Relacom Sweden.
The agreement means that all controls (since the end of last year) have been moved to Stockholm where it is administered by Xpeedio's central NOC (Network Operations Center).
